When I do to-go they separate the chicken and condiments so it’s not soggy. My friend loves the place too. The onion sauce is something else, it enhances the flavor. The place is always clean. Moving out here in the Springs, this place is the spot for authentic Korean fried chicken. I wished they opened sooner because no other Korean fried chicken place tops this restaurant in the springs area. (Ive tried all the other Korean fried chicken places and this one EXCEEDS, all my friends said the same thing) The crispy fry and juicy chicken meat is exactly what I expect from Korean style fried chicken and they over DELIVERED that expectation. You will not be disappointed at all. The owner is proud of their work and if I ever cooked up fried chicken like this, I’d be just as proud. I can tell how much they care about their service and quality which makes the experience very welcoming and enjoyable.
